<p>CINEJ Cinema Journal is a peer-reviewed semiannually published international Cinema Journal. It is published by the University Library System, University of Pittsburgh and is cosponsored by the University of Pittsburgh Press.CINEJ Cinema Journal is committed to publishing fresh and original research in the fields of film and media studies. Areas include but are not limited to:</p><p>- Film historiography and methodology</p><p>- Film festival studies,</p><p>- Documentary and nonfiction cinema</p><p>- Transnational/global cinema(s)</p><p>- Television studies</p><p>- Representations of ethnic/cultural diversity and intercultural dialogue</p><p>- Photography/cinema/digital media</p><p>- Production studies</p><p>Manuscripts submitted must be written in English. CINEJ Cinema Journal receives all manuscript submissions through the CINEJ Web site. Authors may refer to the CINEJ Cinema Journal Web site for the information regarding writing format and style. To submit an article, authors must register on the journal Web site: http://cinej.pitt.edu. Authors will then follow a quick five-step process to upload their article to the site. Upon receipt, authors will receive an e-mail verification. After an initial screening for topicality, all submissions will be reviewed through a blind peer review process.Any manuscript that does not meet the editorial guidelines will not be processed. Submitted manuscripts are evaluated by two peer reviewers. The editor will inform authors of the results of the peer review as quickly as possible, in approximately 2 months.</p>
